Trust and accuracy
How Dia Key publishes its guides
Dia Key’s guides explain iPhone app blocking, Apple Screen Time, gratitude journaling, and intentional phone habits in plain language. They are educational product resources, not medical, legal, or mental-health advice.
How we research
We prefer primary sources: Apple documentation for iOS behavior and permissions, peer-reviewed research or PubMed records for research claims, and a product’s own App Store listing or website for comparisons. When a claim cannot be verified from a reliable source, we omit it or state the uncertainty.
How we handle product claims
Dia Key feature and privacy statements are checked against the current app behavior, App Store listing, and Privacy Policy. Competitor pages are dated and link to their original sources because plans and features can change. We do not publish invented reviews, ratings, or claims that a product cures addiction, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or any other condition.
Updates and corrections
Every guide displays a reviewed date. We review Apple-version references, source links, product details, screenshots, and comparison tables at least every 90 days, and correct material errors when identified. To report an issue, use the Dia Key support page.
Who writes the guides
Guides are published by the Dia Key Team at Get Stoked Labs, the developer of Dia Key. That relationship is disclosed because the guides may link to the app. Our aim is to make the tradeoffs understandable so readers can choose a tool that fits their needs.
